On October 17, 2024, San Francisco SafeHouse is thrilled to gather at San Francisco City Hall for the first time since 2018 for an unforgettable night celebrating the graduates and current residents of SafeHouse, our community partners, and our generous supporters. Because of this incredible community, the past 5 years have been some of the most incredible growth our organization has seen since Rev. Glenda Hope, Sister Rosina Conrotto and the Sisters of the Presentation joined forces to establish a safe haven for sexually exploited women facing housing insecurity over twenty-five years ago.
We invite you to join us to celebrate our numerous accomplishments, among them the establishment of the Hope Center, our drop-in, community, and services center in the Tenderloin district. Additionally, we are thrilled to share that SafeHouse has recently closed on a new building which will serve as permanent supportive housing for survivors in San Francisco, offering long-term assistance to thrive. As we reflect on our successes, we’ll also look towards the future and our commitment to continue making a positive impact in the lives of survivors.
